We’ve all been there, in that moment…
Whether you’re in a yoga pose, training for a marathon, starting a business, or building a relationship. There will be that moment, it will feel like you’ve given it your all and there’s nothing left but to… sit down, slow down, step down. You know what I’m talking about, that moment where you want to give up. But don’t. Please please please don’t. Step forward.
Step through that moment. That is the moment it begins.
