Marjoram. Bay leaves. Mace. Coriander.You probably have these located somewhere in your kitchen cabinets, yet you have no idea what these are for. You may have possibly glanced over the label, and can recognize it by its smell, but do you actually know how to use it? For all those Julia Child's and Martin Yan Can Cook's out there, I'm sure you already know that these are Spices and know how to use them, but for the novice chef, you have to take a wild guess and hope that it makes your dish taste better. Sounds familiar, right?
