I started this blog to share my wellbeing journey and inspire you on yours. I don’t have it all figured out and I don’t have all the answers but I’m obsessed with testing and tweaking and learning. This image describes it best, and perhaps you can relate.
Sometimes I feel like the cube sitting still on the mountain with it all figured out, other times I am the jumbled up cube looking one step ahead for wisdom and guidance.
My prescription to wellbeing is simple:
EAT + MOVE + MEDITATE
Mix these three ingredients together and you are well on your way to optimal wellbeing.
But, it’s not always as simple as it sounds.
You know what you need to do, but often get stuck figuring out where to start or how to do it.
