Dose of NourishMEnt @ Lululemon

November 9, 2010 Uncategorized

Nutritionize is excited to be hosted by Lululemon Santana Row for a Nutrition basics seminar. Nutrition is more than just food, it is nourishment for the mind, body and soul. Everything you take in through your ears, mouth, nose, touch, and mind is all a form of nutrition and provides some degree of nourishment or malnourishment for you. The key to thriving in life is learning how to nourish the entire being. When you eat right, exercise, and are stress free then you will also look, feel, and perform amazing!

So, if you are struggling with some extra pounds or nagging colds, coughs, pains or just want to learn how to feel great then this seminar is for you! It is open to everyone and is at an amazing venue with awesome products ( I love my lulu clothes!). Try to stop by if you can and as we learned as kids “sharing is caring” pass the nourishment on to friends and family. Details below. Check back as more fun events are soon coming your way!
